Position Summary

The Project Engineer is responsible for transforming awarded projects into accurate, production-ready work packages. This role reviews project requirements, develops technical documentation, coordinates engineering details, identifies project risks, and supports manufacturing and installation teams throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has experience in commercial signage, large-format graphics, architectural environments, or custom fabrication and possesses strong organizational and technical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Project Planning

• Review awarded projects for completeness and technical feasibility.

• Develop project execution plans with the Project Manager.

• Coordinate project kickoff meetings with Sales, Estimating, Production, and Installation.

• Identify project risks early and recommend solutions.

Technical Documentation

• Create and review shop drawings.

• Develop production drawings and fabrication details.

• Generate installation drawings and field documentation.

• Verify dimensions, tolerances, and material specifications.

• Prepare bill of materials (BOMs).

Engineering Coordination

• Coordinate with architects, general contractors, designers, and clients.

• Review structural and mounting requirements.

• Verify site conditions using surveys, photos, and field measurements.

• Coordinate permitting documentation when required.

Manufacturing Support

• Provide production with complete manufacturing packages.

• Answer technical questions from fabrication teams.

• Review manufacturing changes for cost and schedule impacts.

• Support quality control throughout production.

Procurement Support

• Identify specialty materials and hardware.

• Coordinate custom fabricated components.

• Assist Purchasing with technical specifications.

• Review vendor drawings and submittals.

Installation Support

• Develop installation sequences.

• Coordinate equipment requirements.

• Assist with logistics planning.

• Support field crews during installation.

• Resolve field issues quickly to minimize delays.

Project Controls

• Track engineering deliverables.

• Monitor schedule milestones.

• Maintain accurate project documentation.

• Process engineering revisions.

• Communicate changes to all departments.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of commercial signage construction.

• Knowledge of large-format graphics production.

• Experience with aluminum, ACM, acrylic, steel, wood, PVC, and composite materials.

• Ability to read architectural and construction drawings.

• Strong mechanical aptitude.

• Excellent organizational skills.

Software Experience

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in signage, graphics, architectural fabrication, or commercial construction.

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Industrial Technology, Architecture, or equivalent experience.

• Experience reviewing shop drawings and fabrication details.

• Understanding of manufacturing processes.

• Experience supporting field installations preferred.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of manufacturing and installation projects. The Project Manager will serve as the key liaison between clients, internal teams, and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with Foxmark’s high standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from initiation to final delivery.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and ensuring expectations are met.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, installation, logistics) and external vendors to achieve seamless execution.
• Ensure compliance with 3M standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (PMP certification a plus).
• 2+ years of project management experience, preferably in manufacturing, signage, installation, or related industries.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar tools).
• Knowledge of 3M products and solutions.
• Ability to travel occasionally to client sites and installation locations.
• Previous reprographics experience.
• Ability to effectively promote the superior products and services of ARC.
• Strong competencies with Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Excel, Word, and Onyx (a plus) or ability to learn required software technologies.
• Ability to assess/troubleshoot customer software and hard copy orders for production problems or issues.
• Able to multitask while maintaining quality control and accuracy

Job Description: A Press Operator maintains the quality and maximum production of printed material in a profitable manner, to be achieved through the following responsibilities.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Performs manual and machine operator tasks in the set-up maintenance and operation of a printing press, reads instructions and set up press, runs samples to adjust quality, color and mixing settings, operates printing press to print in accordance with job orders
• Applicant must be a detail-oriented, mechanically inclined problem solver.
• Keep all tools organized (this includes cleaning up after their use and putting unused equipment in its designated area)
• Communicates essential information regarding incomplete setups at shift change and any potential problems, etc. Fill out all daily production, roll tags, and quality paperwork when applicable.
• Applicant should have an understanding of materials required for various surfaces (floors and walls).
• Assist with other tasks as needed by production management staff.

Job Description: The person in this position will be responsible for all aspects of the physical graphic production of signs, which includes preparing substrates and applying vinyl. They are responsible for the quality control of all signs that are produced. The ideal candidate for this position will have prior experience in the sign industry although with significant experience in carpentry, assembly or manufacturing, we will train someone with enough of the skills and the right attitude.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Weeding, pre-masking, fabrication, assembly applying vinyl, mounting, cutting, painting, shipping, etc.
• Installation duties applying window graphics, wall graphics, vehicle graphics, installing dimensional letters, installing various aluminum/metal/wood/pvc and acrylic signs, etc.
• Clean and organize work area daily
• Good Painting and measurement skills
• Perform quality control checks on finished goods
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Job Summary:
We are looking for a competent CNC Router Operator to use computer numerically controlled (CNC) machinery safely and accurately to perform a variety of functions to create custom architectural and commercial interiors and displays.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, milling etc.
• Understand specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings etc.
• Translate instructions into computer commands so the machines can perform the correct function
• Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines
• Prepare a test run to check if the machines produce outputs according to specifications
• Set machines to complete full cycles to fabricate large number of parts
• Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result
• Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly
• Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality

• Proven experience as CNC operator
